Pricing Questions
How do you determine pricing for your services?
Pricing is based on the complexity of the project and the specific requirements of each client. We provide quotes upon request.
Do you offer package deals for multiple services?

Payment Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe.
How are payments processed, and what terms apply to purchases on your website?
All payments on our website are processed securely through Stripe. For more information about Stripe’s terms and conditions, please refer to their Stripe Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms as well as our own payment and refund policies.
Is a deposit required before starting a project?
Yes, we typically require a deposit to initiate projects, with the balance due upon completion.
Support Questions
What if I'm not satisfied with the final product
We strive for client satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, we offer revisions based on the initial agreement. If you are still not satisfied with the final product, please contact us.
How can I provide feedback on my project?
You can provide feedback through email.
How can I submit a testimonial for your website?
You can submit a testimonial in one of two ways:
Post-Project Survey: After completing your project, you will receive an email with your final project deliverables. This email will include a link to the “Post-Project Survey,” where you can provide your testimonial.
Email Submission: Alternatively, you can email us your testimonial. Please include the following information in your email:
- Invoice Number/Order Number
- Your name
- Profession or job title
- A rating of your experience (out of 5)
Ratings can be provided in increments of 0.1. For example, you may give a rating of 4.7 out of 5.
- A brief 1-2 sentence summary of your experience.
Please be aware that, due to the high volume of requests, we may not be able to post all testimonials on our site.
